NCAA Hockey Tournament 2010 Scores
College basketball is not the only thing that has captivated audiences, now with the start of the NCAA hockey tournament 2010 scores. The first round of action started on Friday as the Rochester Institute pulled an upset over Denver with a score of 2-1. Denver was the tournaments second seed and had been the number one team at the beginning of the season. The Denver team rounded out the season being ranked number two nationally. Most of the games will be carried on ESPN, although some will be taped delayed. The NCAA website will carry live streams and up to the minute scores.
Other NCAA hockey tournament 2010 scores include the University of New Hampshire beating Cornell by a score of 6-2 during the first round of action. They will next play Rochester Institute in the next round. Wisconsin also gets to advance with their 3-2 win over Vermont and will play the number two seed St. Cloud State on Saturday. The number one seed Miami of Ohio will be playing Alabama-Huntsville during the Midwest Regional Round.
All of the NCAA hockey tournament 2010 scores, during these rounds are leading up to gaining a position in the Frozen Four that will be held April 8 through the 10th, to determine the final two teams play for the championship. Other action will include Michigan taking on Bemidji State. North Dakota will go up against Yale during first round action and Boston College will be taking on Alaska Fairbanks. The first round of action will be completed on Saturday and the quarterfinals will end on Sunday.
