On Thursday, we saw March Madness begin, and we now have some of the NCAA Basketball Tournament 2010 Scores. There were a few surprises for some teams and other games had the outcomes that were expected. Many people did not believe that BYU would be able to beat the Florida Gators, but BYU was able to hold on and win by a score of 99-92. One of the biggest upsets of the day was Old Dominion just barely beating Notre Dame by a score of 51-50. Kansas State won their game by a 20 point margin with a final score 82-62. When looking at the NCAA Basketball Tournament 2010 Scores Kentucky did not seem to have any problem beating East Tennessee State with a score of 100-71. There are many games that came down to the wire, such as Wake Forest beating Texas by one point and Washington beating Marquette by two points. Friday starts the second day of round one action, and it should be as exciting as yesterdays play.
