Bracketology Predictions 2010
Selection Sunday is here and it is time for everyone to weigh in on the bracketology predictions 2010. It still seems as though the 65 teams are still not fully fielded and todays games will have an impact on the bottom line. Today is not necessarily about the middle of the brackets, but it is mostly focused on the top seeds as well as the teams on the bubble. Today’s final games within the conference tournament championships will have an impact on the top four seeds as well as some of those bubble teams.
T
he one team that can make a play for one of the top spots is West Virginia. West Virginia could get into the top four if Duke loses against Georgia Tech. If Duke wins, then they may be in the top four. Just to make things a bit more confusing; Ohio State could get into the top four if they win their game today. This is what makes Bracketology Predictions 2010 exciting. The debate could go all day long as we watch tournament play wind down before the NCAA series begins.
On the other end of the Bracketology Predictions 2010, are the teams that are right on the bubble line. The debate is whether or not, Mississippi State will be able to make or not. They would have been guaranteed a spot if they had beat Kentucky today, but they lost in overtime by one point. Minnesota is in a must win situation in their game against Ohio State. If they win, they are guaranteed a spot. However, if they lose their position is still yet to be decided. Everyone will just have to wait and see what happens later on today to determine the final brackets.
